Metal Gear Solid 4 demo on the Japanese Playstation Store

To celebrate the number of sales days from launch to date, which is around 4.3 million units distributed to retailers, Konami has released the demo version of Hideo Kojima’s masterpiece on the Japanese Playstation Store. Who has not yet had the opportunity to experience Metal Gear Solid 4 (the only plausible reason could be to have been abducted by aliens), can go on Japanese store (after Japanese account) and download the demo version of the weight of 1 , 4 gb. The demo includes in particular the initial scenario set in the Middle East. We await news regarding the possible release during the day on European and American stores.

Bill Roper comes in Cryptic Studios

After the miserable failure of Hellgate: London, Bill Roper, former director of Blizzard and Flagship Studios becomes part of Cryptic Studios as announced today by the development team. Roper’s role in the new staff will be Design Director of Champions Online, the MMORPG Cryptic themed superhero output for PC and Xbox 360 in spring 2009 under the label 2K Games.

No Gears of War 2 in Japan and Germany

In an interview with the prestigious magazine Edge, a “deep throat” of Microsoft informs us that Gears of War 2, outbound on November 7 for Xbox 360 Nostrana, will not be released in Germany and Japan. As for Germany, the news does not surprise us much longer view of the fate happened to his predecessor, never released in Teutonic territory because of that classification PEGI legally obliged Epic Games to “soften” the violent content of his first creation of a ‘Eventual publication (exactly as happened with Mad World).

New game for Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

On the site Nintendo Everything has been published new scans, taken from Nintendo Power magazine, on Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. From the new images we see a little better in the style cel-shading adopted by Rockstar for this portable version of Grand Theft Auto brand. In addition there are some clues about the game play: the touch screen is used for certain actions, such as’ ignition of the car (stolen of course), or as a map of the city.

Ubisoft brings Tenchu 4 in North America and Europe

It will be Ubisoft to bring Tenchu 4 in Europe and North America is what was announced yesterday by the French publisher, who has also made it clear that the game be released exclusively for Wii in early 2009.

Mega Man 9 in three movies game

Mega Man 9 title particularly expected from all fans of the historical saga Capcom, is shown in three new movies playing that we propose after the break. Based on more distant predecessors as Mega Man and Mega Man 2, this new chapter mixes elements seen in all the episodes of the series.

A few days after the release of the game will also be brought on the first downloadable content, which will play in the shoes of Proto Man. Initially by Capcom as exclusive WIIW, Mega Man 9 will come instead also on their marketplace for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 by the end of the month.

Fable 2 Pub Games: bugs placed money

It seems that the problem concerning money Fable 2 Pub Games, the title Xbox Live Arcade developed by Lionhead Studios, is now only a memory.

The game, suffered from a bug, where players could win a flood of money, then used in the game full of Fable 2.
